Booking conditions

1. Reservation and Payment
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid one week prior to the arrival date.

2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations between 15 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 5:00 pm
Check-out: before 11:00 am

Flexible arrangements may be possible depending on availability and prior agreement.

4. Maximum Capacity
The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Exceeding the number of confirmed guests is not permitted.

5. Responsible Use
Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care and respect. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.

6. Guest Registration
In accordance with current regulations, all guests must complete the online check-in and provide the required documentation prior to arrival.

7. Amendments
CINTHA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions when necessary. The conditions in force at the time of booking will apply.
